The Exotic Citizen Services Section at the Exotic Embassy is responsible for providing services to all Exotic Citizens within its consular district, whether they are living here permanently or just visiting as tourists. These services include emergency assistance, passport issuance, and more.

IMPORTANT SECURITY ANNOUNCEMENT
 
Please avoid bringing mobile phones or any electronic devices, such as Blackberries, iPods, or iPhones as they are not allowed within the Embassy or Consulates General. We also strongly advise that you do not bring strollers, large bags, such as backpacks, suitcases or packages to the interview as there are no storage facilities on the grounds of our facilities.
Only person(s) seeking consular services will be admitted into the Embassy General. Exceptions will be made only if those seeking consular services are under 18, or if they are disabled and require assistance.

Here are the following passport services that we provide:
 
First Time Applicant

Lost or Stolen Passport
 
Please note, depending on the service you require you will have to submit the following documents:
 
Adults (age 18 and older)
 
Please submit:
 
Certified, sealed birth certificate or Consular Report of Birth Abroad.
 
One valid form of photo identification (e.g. foreign passport, driver’s license, military ID, etc.).
One passport photograph (taken within the last six months
 
A self-addressed stamped envelope with your home address. The envelope should be appropriately sized and with correct postage for the return of the passport/s.
 
Children Under 18
 
The presence of the child and both parents is normally required at the time of application for children under age 18. Unequivocal consent to passport issuance is demonstrated by the parents signing the application form in front of a Consular Officer.
If there are special circumstances and both parents cannot submit the application together, for example if one parent is not present in country, the absent parent’s English language notarized Statement of Consent, which cannot be older than 90 days, must be submitted along with a photocopy of his/her valid photo identification.
If a parent has sole custody, an original or court certified copy of the custody order granting sole custody must be submitted with the application. If one parent is deceased, the death certificate should be submitted.
